Note that with the exception of the PRO-2052, PRO-106, PRO-197, PRO-651 and PRO-652, virtual control, logging and audio recording during scanning is not possible due to firmware limitations. I have not use this software at all, because no help from you guys They recommended to purchase programmed by Scanner Master, so I did purchase. Called technical support, no help completely. I was so excited at first, but when I started using this program, I got stuck.
